Are DIETY products suitable for people with diabetes?
Yes. The whole DIETY line has no added sugar and is formulated with a non-caloric sweetener, making it an option designed for people with diabetes and anyone watching their sugar intake. As with any food, we recommend checking with your doctor or nutritionist.
What sweetener is used in the gelatins, flan and pancakes?
They are sweetened with sucralose, a non-caloric sweetener. We do not use sugar or sugar syrups in any of our formulas.
Where can I buy DIETY?
You can find DIETY at Supermaxi, Megamaxi, Gran Akí, Mi Comisariato, Hiper Market, Coral Hipermercados and other supermarkets across the country. You can also buy online at Supermaxi and Coral, or order directly on WhatsApp from this website with home delivery.
Do you ship across Ecuador? How much does shipping cost?
Yes, we ship to all 24 provinces. Shipping is quoted based on the delivery province and canton and confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
How do I place an order on WhatsApp?
Add products to the cart, enter your name, province, canton and address, and tap "Send order via WhatsApp". The message reaches our team ready to go, and we confirm availability, final price, shipping cost and payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
When confirming your order on WhatsApp we share the payment options available for your city, such as bank transfer or deposit. In supermarkets, each chain's payment methods apply.
How many servings does each product make?
The 12 g gelatin powder sachet makes 5 servings, the 16 g caramel flan makes 4 servings and the 150 g ready-to-eat gelatin is a single lunchbox serving. The 80 g pack is the family size.
How do I prepare DIETY gelatin?
Dissolve the sachet in hot water, add cold water as directed on the pack, pour into molds and chill for 3 to 4 hours until set. Check the recipes section for ideas with yogurt, fruit or cheesecake.
Do the products contain collagen? Are they low in calories?
DIETY gelatins contain collagen and are low in calories and sodium. The whole line is designed to fit a balanced diet.
Can children eat them?
Yes. DIETY was created precisely for a child with type 1 diabetes. The 150 g ready gelatin is designed for the school lunchbox. For any specific health condition, check with your pediatrician.
