1. Who we are

dietyecuador.com is the official website of the DIETY brand, owned by Valmarc S.A.S., with its plant in El Quinche, Quito, Ecuador. By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms.

2. How orders work

This site does not process online payments. The cart generates a WhatsApp message with your chosen products and delivery details. An order is confirmed only when our team confirms availability, final price, shipping cost and payment method on WhatsApp and you accept.

3. Prices

Prices on the site are suggested prices in US dollars (USD) including applicable taxes. They may change without notice and are confirmed at the time of the order. Prices at supermarkets and third-party stores are set by each chain and may differ.

4. Shipping

We ship across Ecuador. Cost and delivery time depend on the province and canton and are quoted and confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Estimated times are indicative. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address.

5. Payments

Available payment methods (for example bank transfer or deposit) are shared when the order is confirmed. Orders ship once payment is verified unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exchanges and returns

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or opened product, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund its value. As these are food products, we do not accept returns of products in good condition once delivered.

7. Products and nutritional information

DIETY products are foods with no added sugar, sweetened with a non-caloric sweetener. Information on this site is indicative and does not replace the product label or medical advice. Always check the ingredient list on the pack if you have allergies or sensitivity to any sweetener.

8. Distributors

Distribution requests are evaluated case by case. Wholesale terms (prices, minimum volumes and territories) are agreed in writing and are not governed by the prices published on this site.

9. Third-party links

This site links to third-party online stores such as Supermaxi or Coral Hipermercados. We do not control those sites, their prices, stock or terms; purchases made there are governed by their own terms.

10. Intellectual property

The DIETY brand, the slogan "Una vida sin azúcar", logos, photos, texts and design of this site belong to Valmarc S.A.S. or are used with permission. Supermarket logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to indicate where our products are sold.

11. Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to place false orders or use third-party data without consent. We may reject or cancel orders we consider fraudulent.

12. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the site available and up to date but do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for courier delays or damages arising from misuse of the products.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, including the Consumer Protection Law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quito.
